Resilient-C Platform Tutorial, v4.0
We believe anyone involved in disaster risk reduction planning and implementation can benefit from the platform. This includes community planners, engineers, and other community-based disaster management professions, but may extend to academic researchers as well an residents of coastal communities interested in learning more about the hazards their communities might face and the action that are being taken to address them. This guide walks users through the Resilient-C Platform (v4.0) to identify and learn more about potential networking peers across the country by explaining how to:
- Find coastal hazard vulnerability information about specific communities you might be interested in;
- Identify additional communities with similar coastal hazard vulnerability profiles;
- Identify actions taken by these communities to reduce their vulnerability and exposure to coastal hazards; and
- Connect with potential peer communities with shared vulnerabilities or approaches to resilience-building.
